Esplanade presents: AlleyTalk.

AlleyTalk is made up of Jiamin Yap on vocals, Clarence Yeo on guitar and backing vocals and Shawn Kok on percussion. The good mates enjoy creating music magic together. Adventurous and somewhat cheeky, they perform a charismatic concoction of genres and styles.

Jiamin enjoys re-interpreting and delivering popular tunes in her signature soothing vocal style. Her unique tone quality sets the mood for a romantic and dreamy atmosphere. Jiamin, who clinched 3rd place on Mediacorp's Campus Superstar III is also the voice behind Capital 95.8’s radio jingle. Over the years, she has made various appearances on reputable platforms such as Esplanade, Mediacorp Channel U and Channel 8, as well as radio stations YES 93.3 and UFM 100.3
Clarence enjoys infusing percussive rhythms and R&B influences in his refreshing guitar arrangements. Over the years, he has lent his signature fingerstyle grooves to recording artistes such as Joi Chua, Tay Kewei and Bevlyn Khoo. Clarence's passion for songwriting and acoustic music rearrangements has brought him features on Power98FM, UFM1003 and 95.8FM radio stations, at Esplanade, Backstage Live Hong Kong, A House Taipei and Kafka Taipei showcases, and a nomination for the Entertainment category of Yahoo! Singapore 9 Awards. His notable original compositions include Singalonga Friend, Lover-Friend and 唉, 人生!
