Yoga is meant to be a holistic and practical practice that should impart life skills, such as stress management, anger management, awareness, compassion and sensitivity, to the practitioner. This could only be achieved partially through an asanas (physical portion of yoga) only practice. So this evening yoga lessons will include additional discussions on the application of yoga teachings in daily life.
The asanas portion of the class will be designed to relax and calm one down for a restful night to honour the body natural rhythm of winding down in the evening. Though so, be prepared to go into some invigorating postures and still feel the effect of relaxation at the end of the night.
