Witness the story of a shy girl that withstood the challenges of life and bloomed to her full potential.
The Rise and Fall of Little Voice tells the story of a shy, reclusive girl named LV (Little Voice), played by the extraordinary Mina Kaye, - and her larger than life, boozy, out-of-control mother Mari, played by Denise Tan. Desperately missing her dead father, LV spends her time
locked in her bedroom listening to his old record collection and astonishly perfecting the impersonations of famous divas like Shirley Bassey, Marylyn Monroe, Barbra Streisand, Edith Piaf, Judy Garland...
LVs mother thought she found a better chance of life when she started dating "talent scout" Ray Say,played by Adrian Pang. On the other hand, Ray thought he found his ticket to the big time when he heard LV sing. LV found comfort and comanionship in Billy, played by Shane Mardjuki, a young man who is socially awkward like her. As show time draws closer, the stage is set for LVs stunning debut performance - a showdown that will change everyone's lives.
