The Singapore Writers Festival (SWF), Singapore’s most anticipated literary event, returns this year with the theme, ‘The Prospect of Beauty’, celebrating beauty in writing, literature, and the world around us.
The 17th edition of the festival will feature some of the world’s literary greats, such as award-winning writers Raymond E. Feist, Karen Joy Fowler, Paul Muldoon and Naomi Wolf, alongside leading Singapore and Asian writers from around the region.
From popular genres of chick-lit, fantasy and travel-writing, to thought-provoking literary fiction and non-fiction, there’s something for all audiences at this exciting festival of ideas.
The 10-day event is one of the few literary festivals in the world that is multi-lingual, celebrating works in Singapore’s official languages – English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil.
