Space survival thriller from Ridley Scott, adapting Andy Weir’s best-selling novel about an astronaut (Matt Damon) stranded on Mars when his crew leave him behind – presumed dead. The film follows Fischer in the lead-up to the 1972 World Chess Championship match against USSR megamind Boris Spassky (Live Schreiber), where the pressure surrounding the event chips away at Fischer’s state of mind.

But the trip turns sour when he becomes wrapped up in a murder investigation.

The Green Inferno

A cannibalistic horror from Eli Roth (‘Hostel’), filmed on location in the rainforest of Peru where the native tribe has never been filmed before. The story follows a group of American students who travel to the Amazon in hopes of saving the tribe, only to be taken hostage. For this film, Roth enlisted a real Peruvian tribe as the film's principle cast (apart from the American students).
