The school holidays are over, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. While the little ones may have run a little amok during their well-earned break, this doesn’t mean all entertaining activities don’t have educational value as well.
This July, let your child take his or her pick from various kinds of activities that not only are intellectually stimulating – they also guarantee a terrific time!
FROM NATURE WITH LOVE - take your pick from animal-themed events
Does your child have a soft spot for animals? Well, he or she’s in luck then with so many little cuddly furry animals and even creepy-crawlies to engage their attention this month. If your kid is a budding playwright, stimulate their senses with The Very Hungry Caterpillar and the Mixed-up Chameleon (July 9-17, suitable for ages 3-6 years old) or Rainbow Fish – An Ocean Play (July 20-24).
Huge fan of Kung Fu Panda Po? Head on down to the Rocky the Baby Panda Play (Jul 20-Aug 6) which guarantees lots of squeals of delights – we promise no living creatures were harmed in the making of these productions.
For something a little more hands-on, try the Sentosa Nature Detective trail (until July 31) where the little ones can get up close and personal with insect-eating plants, migratory birds and dazzling butterflies.
