Batman has a lot of bottled-up anger, and it looks like Ben Affleck can relate.
In an interview with the Sunday Times, Affleck, who will play Batman and Bruce Wayne in 'Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice', admitted that he has quite a bit of anger himself, like the Dark Knight.
"For me, anger is so deeply buried and contained that when it does kind of come out, it comes out in stronger bursts," Affleck told the Sunday Times. "I tend to be respectful, polite, get along, put up with, put up with, put up with ... then, when it finally emerges, it's not something I have a ton of control over."
"By the way, that's a character flaw, I think," he added. "I should sit down and say, 'Listen, I just want to let you know what happened there wasn't OK,' instead of going, let it go, let it go, let it go ... 'Ah, that's not a big deal', until finally you just pop!"
Affleck also discussed his understanding of his role in 'Gone Girl', in which his character comes under a media firestorm after his wife goes missing, and his hope that his exposure as Batman will create new opportunities for his directing career.
'Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice' bows in theaters on 25 March 2016.
