1 Aug – Enjoying a myriad of roles in his post "Harry Potter" career, English actor Daniel Radcliffe has a new one he can tick off his acting list.
The 26-year-old is set to play a young agent in an upcoming FBI thriller, "Imperium", according to Deadline.
The movie is based on the real experiences of former FBI agent Michael German, who spent years inside neo-Nazi and militia groups in the United States. Radcliffe will star in the movie as an undercover agent that infiltrates a group of white supremacists planning to make a dirty bomb.
Short filmmaker Daniel Ragussis will be making his feature directorial debut with "Imperium", directing the script he co-wrote with German himself.
There is no release date set yet but filming is expected to begin this fall.
Radcliffe was most recently spotted in a cameo in Amy Schumer and Judd Apatow's "Trainwreck". He stars as Igor in the upcoming "Victor Frankenstein" and will appear as Walter in 2016's "Now You See Me: The Second Act".
