For a truly rewarding weekend, do something ‘good’. We rounded up a list of feel-good, do-good activities you can do in Singapore. Totally free to try, and will leave you feeling like a million bucks.
Take a look at the donations of other do-gooders at The Donors Gallery at The National Library. This was set up to display a selection personal heritage collections donated to the library, and in the hope that in inspires you to donate yours too.
Cutting-edge art gallery Vue Privée and DOPE.SG have come up with a pop-up art experience called ‘Unnecessarily Well Made’. Transforming itself into a creative space reminiscent of a 20th century salon the gallery promises to amuse and inspire with carefully curated art pieces alongside a traditional European-inspired bar serving Glenmorangie's finest.
Listen to some jazz by the bay at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands as Jazz band – LIQUID play their spectacular tunes while you window shop.
If that’s not enough, the Maritime Experiential Museum & Aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa hosts jazz nights every Friday and Saturday. Sway to cool jazz, soulful blues and samba bossa nova at the Fish & Crab Shack.
Get one with nature with a visual feast of tropical plants and nearly 20 species of native butterflies - The Butterfly Garden at Hort Park allows visitors to get up close to observe pupae transform into adult butterflies before they take their maiden flight.
