This October the decibel levels will definitely go off the charts in Singapore as some of Asia’s best-selling artistes and up-and-comers come to show off their moves and grooves at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Save October 7 on your calendars and join Mando-Pop king Jay Chou, Taiwanese indie folk-rock-pop band Sodagreen, sultry Landy Wen, and gifted newcomer Cindy Yen for the LOUD Festival, two-hour music extravaganza.
Certainly the Asian artiste of the moment, the 32-year-old Chou was recently nominated for seven Golden Melody awards. The Green Hornet actor is known as undisputed Taiwanese king of R&B recently celebrated his decade long career in showbiz with the magnificent “The Era” World Tour that performed to full capacity in shows all across the globe.
Joining Chou on stage is rising pop princess Cindy Yen whose 2009 self-titled album "Cindy Yen” was well received in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Also on the festival line-up is Taiwanese alt-rockers Sodagreen. The band first gained fame in 2004, when it won the Grand Jury Award at the Hohaiyan Rock Festival, one of Taiwan's largest events in the rock music scene.
