David Coverdale and his boys are back with a new album, Forevermore and along with that, a new tour! The legendary frontman/songwriter who fronted one of rock’s most illustrious acts in Deep Purple before finally forming Whitesnake will be rolling into town with seasoned musicians Reb Beach, Doug Aldrich, Brian Tichy, Michael Devin and Brian Ruedy for a night of all out rock and roll.
A fierce and lethal combination of blues and hard rock, Whitesnake finally broke out in the late 1980s at the height of the heavy metal craze of the period with a mammoth hit album, the self titled album known to fans as Whitesnake. With a slew of hard rocking and melodic hits like "Here I Go Again","Still of The Night" and "Is This Love?", Whitesnake virtually dominated MTV on a 24 hour basis!
So for one night, put your perm back on and rock out to some classic heavy metal from Whitesnake. Who knows, you might get some random girl on the hood of your car when it’s all over.
Whitesnake will be taking the stage at Fort Canning Park on Nov 1, 8pm. Tickets available now at Sistic with an early bird price of $98 till Aug 31. For the month of September, tickets will be sold at $110 and for October, $125. If you buy them on the actual day, it’ll be $140. So buy early and save some dough!
