The refund process for ticket holders of the cancelled Future Music Festival Asia begins from 10 March 2015, and the process is expected to take between 30 and 45 days to complete.

• For those who bought passes with Sistic or Galactix via a credit or debit card, refunds will be credited directly into your respective accounts. Those with Singapore credit or debit cards can expect the process to take one to two weeks; those with non-Singapore-based cards will have to wait 30 to 45 days.
• For those who bought passes with Sistic via cash or eNETS, refunds will have to be collected from the Sistic headquarters (10 Eunos Road 8, #03-04, Singapore Post Centre). Livescape Singapore will make an announcement when refunds are ready to be collected. The most you will have to wait is one month, organisers said.
• For those who preloaded credits into wristbands, refunds will be directly credited into your credit or debit card account within 30 to 45 days.
• For those who bought passes via a festival authorised travel agent, Livescape Singapore has instructed the agents to directly provide refunds within 30 to 45 days.
