Let your hair down this weekend!

Once again it’s December, and 2011 is just around the corner! Celebrate the end of a year well spent with the grand dames of Singapore’s beach parties, rock on at a rousing concert or just shop, shop, shop till you drop at the mad sales that are on!

Time to get to your feet, people, before the rest of the year’s slips by!

CAN'T MISS

Now on to its 10th year, ZoukOut (Sat, Dec 11) has grown into a veritable mammoth this year with pre-sales tickets all snapped up and a star-studded line-up that will make every partygoer in the region salivate with envy. Personally, we can’t wait for headliners David Guetta and Tiesto to rock our shores!

As if you need any more convincing, it wouldn’t hurt to check out the ultimate Party Guide to ZoukOut from the original poster girl of Zouk herself – Tracy Phillips, or our Top 5 Reasons why ZoukOut Rocks!

Kick off the weekend with a belly full of laughs as The Comedy Club returns to TAB (tickets

are still available)! This month’s lineup features international comedians Gina Yashere (UK) and Tom Rhodes (US).

Thrill-seekers of a different sort will be, well, thrilled that the annual Singapore Toys, Games & Comics Convention (Fri-Sun, Dec 10-12) is back and bigger than ever. Bringing together the worlds of comics, anime, films, toys, collectibles and games to a whole different level, this promises to be 3 days of action-packed fun.

Lovers of Mando-pop have reason to rejoice this weekend with indie rock outfit Sodagreen having their “Stations” concert on Saturday (Dec 11) – get your tickets now - while living legend Frances Yip promises to dazzle at her “Screen Gems” concert on Sunday (Dec 12) - tickets available as well.
