Fifty Shades Of Grey(2015)

Airbnb raised – and then promptly dashed – the fantasies of 'Fifty Shades of Grey' fans after putting up a listing for a luxury apartment in the same condo as its sexy, fictional hero, Christian Grey.
In advance of the film release of the erotic novel, Airbnb posted a listing that offered up the chance to spend the night in “the sexiest building” in Seattle, the Escala, a luxurious residential complex and fictional home for Grey, the story line’s enigmatic and sexually ravenous millionaire.
For US$257 (S$350) a night, with minimum three-night stay, fans would have been able to live out their own R-rated fantasy.
But just days after being published, the posting was promptly taken down for violating the terms of the building’s ownership agreement, which prohibits short-term rentals.
Though the condo may be off the market, fans can still relive key moments of the trilogy by visiting sites like Pike Place Market, the neighbourhood where Anastasia Steele lived with her roommate.
Airbnb currently has a listing for a contemporary marketside apartment rental that sleeps four people, for US$79 a night.
More adventurous travellers can also rent a houseboat as their “love nest” for US$119 a night.
And at The Little Red Day Spa, guests stay in an historic landmark building in Seattle and enjoy spa services for US$125 a night.
