It was highly predictable that the global premiere of fantasy computer adaptation 'Warcraft' would be filled with people in costume, but no-one would have predicted Jamie Lee Curtis, who isn't even in the film, would outshine everyone else in those stakes.
"I'm a woman Orc shaman, so do the math. Oh I don't think I'm a celebrity trendsetter on any level. I'm a mom of a World of Warcraft fan and it has been a great pleasure to get to know the game," Jamie Lee Curtis said.
'World of Warcraft' is the hugely popular online fantasy game which has millions of players globally. David Bowie's son, Duncan Jones was given the task of bringing the game to the big screen. However, while film critics have written scathing things about Jones' production, the fans appear to have loved it.

"You know what? I would have been devastated if the fans didn't like it but the fact are that the fans do love it so I kind of feel maybe I'm ahead of the game a little bit. I feel like these kinds of movies and movies that are based on video games where there is something fundamental about them that the fans love that not everyone is open to, but certainly the critics aren't open to. That will change. And what I've been really excited about is it's not just fans who've been loving the film. Fantasy people who've been open to it have loved it as well. It's been exciting. We'll see how things change in time," Jones said.
'Warcraft: The Beginning' opens 9 June 2016
