It’s the Year of the Rabbit! Make merry with the crowds at this year’s River Hongbao as it celebrates its 25th anniversary with even bigger thrills and spills, guaranteed to entertain all. Titled ‘Year of the Rabbit: Many Returns’, there’ll be fireworks, performances, lanterns and more!
The grand opening night (Tue, Feb 1) also features many performances you shouldn’t miss, including one by the Singapore Chinese Orchestra, among other performances by local pop artists, clam associations, youths and students.
Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy the specially-commissioned short film ‘The Reunion Dinner’, plus browse to your heart’s content at stalls featuring prominent local brands like Singapore Post, Singapore Mint and the National Heritage Museum.

During the day, taste unique delicacies from Nanjing, China and get to watch authentic demonstrations and even purchase handicrafts as souvenirs! Fancy a photo-op? There’s plenty with the various ‘Big Pictures’ peppered with local flavors on-site. Kids can go crazy at the children’s funland!
