Racing fans, giddy up!

Singapore International Racing Festival 2012 (SIRF) will be sprinting through your calendars all the way through to 20 May.

In conjunction with the Singapore International Airlines (SIA) Cup, the Singapore Turf Club is organising road shows with special guest appearances from MediaCorp artiste Rebecca Lim and Radio DJ Lin Pei Fen on 6 May 2012 and 13 May 2012 respectively.

The SIRF road show will be held this 12 and 13 May at NEX (event plaza, level B2) from 11am-9pm; with a special guest appearance by Pei Fen on 13 May (6-8pm).

Also get the chance to meet the gorgeous Turf Belles! These 11 racing ambassadors were selected from an island-wide search, both for their beauty and brains, and also for their keen interest in the Sport of Kings.

inSing.com will be streaming the festivities on 13 May to you LIVE from 6-7pm. So tune in here to catch all the action:

But that’s not all. Visit the onsite equine exhibition where you will get to learn more about horses, and see and touch racing gear such as bridles and blinkers for horses, and silks and saddles for jockeys.

Get creative and design your very own horsehoe, try on jockey silks with your friends and family and shoot and submit your festival themed photos to win attractive prizes.

That and a whole lot more SIRF activities will culminate on Sunday, 20 May at the Singapore Racecourse with the running of the prestigious $3 million SIA Cup and the $1 million KrisFlyer International Sprint.
