A SERIOUS FOODIE
Wow, we’re definitely spoilt for choice this year! If you haven’t managed to snap up tickets for the highly anticipated Pio Cesare Wine Dinner (featuring the cuisine of legendary 3-Michelin-starred Luisa Valazza) (sold out), why not take a leap of faith with chef Nobert Niederkofler (Domaine du Pégaü Wine Dinner sold out, try the Culinary Workshop)—a two-Michelin-starred chef in his own right and while German-born, arguably one of the most exciting chefs currently in Italian cuisine.
Hankering for some innovative cuisine? Don’t miss up-and-coming Korean celebrity chef Edward Kwon’s dinner session where you’ll not only get to taste his delectable cuisine paired with fine wines, you’ll also be able to get up and personal with Kwon’s notorious charm!
Lastly, save some space in that tummy for the unique dinner that Eu Yan Sang manages to whip up year after year—this time with Chef Manish Mehrotra. Sample fine cuisine paired with unusual traditional Chinese herbs in a lush garden setting—life can’t get any better!

For something a little unusual, check out local Chef Janice Wong’s collaboration with Chef Rosio Sanchez to conduct a Pastry Masterclass to remember. Take home exquisite creations to call your own!

A WINE LOVER
Serious about your wine? You’re in for a delightful treat this year with so many wine tasting sessions up for grabs. If you didn’t get to secure a seat for the wildly-popular Pio Cesare session (sold out), why not try either the Domaine du Pégaü or Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm—depending on your grape preference.
If you love your Shiraz, don’t miss Shiraz- Australia’s Iconic Grape Wine Tasting, hosted by James Halliday.
