It’s the last weekend to check out popular art walkabout OH! Open House which goes to Potong Pasir for its latest edition. Discover stories of the neighborhood’s past – such as the sand quarry, the pond, the village, Bidadari cemetery and Alkaff Gardens – through awesome installations and performances by 17 artists peppered in different locations around the area.

You don’t have to fly all the way to Japan to witness the famed cherry blossom – or sakura – blooms. Make a trip to Gardens By The Bay’s Flower Dome this weekend (through 27 Mar) for its latest floral display, ‘Blossom Beats’, which features more than 20 varieties of sakura.
Marina Bay dazzles in a kaleidoscope of light and colours with the latest edition of i Light Marina Bay. Come see more than 20 innovative and sustainable light and art installations from here and around the world, accompanied by boat tours, quirky performances and artists workshops.
For egg-citing fun, head over to Universal Studios Singapore with the fam for its annual Easter Eggstravaganza to take part in its egg hunt to win exclusive Minion Easter Eggs and catch Puss In Boot, Kitty Softpaws Grover, Elmo and Humpty Dumpty in Easter-themed costumes.
Schlep down to the Tanjong Pagar Railway Station this Good Friday (3-9pm) for a bit of nostalgia, Instagramming and retail therapy. The good people from The Local People are organizing an art market featuring handmade craft by local artists. There will also be food and beverage booths as well as a food donation drive by Food From The Heart.

For a day out with nature, head over to the Kranji Marshes (11 Neo Tiew Lane 2; take the Kranji Express bus from Kranji MRT Station which operates daily from 8.30 am to 5.45 pm). The marshland is home to more than 170 species of birds, 54 species of butterflies and 33 species of dragonflies. The marshland is divided into two main areas: One open to the public, and a core conservation area limited to visitors who register for guided walks, due to the ecological sensitivity of the area. These guided walks will begin at the end of the month.
