By the end of this guide, you should be screaming "TGIF". With a whole host of events awaiting your patronage and participation this weekend, your digital weekly planners may need to go with a smaller font to accommodate them all.
School Of The Arts plays host to Kidsfest! 2015, a proud production by ABA Productions & Tall Stories that will feature an adaptation of 'The Gruffalo', a book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.
Nicolas Cantin’s “dancing play”, ‘Grand Singe’, will be headlining the M1 Singapore Fringe Festival. Cantin was trained at the Avignon Dramatic Art Conservatory and takes great pride in improvisation.

One of the top art fairs in this part of the world, Art Stage will be returning for its fifth edition at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, which should excite the well-heeled among the art community in Singapore.
Load up on more art at the Asia Pacific Breweries Foundation Signature Art Prize, where the awards show will feature exciting new artists. You may just feel even more excited for the participants who stand to win some very cool cash prizes.

If you are blessed with or just happen to have a ton of energy on Saturday, get your frolicking footwear on, grab that hat and sunglasses (a poncho, too, in case) and head on down to Gardens by the Bay for the fifth edition of St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, which attracted 10,000 attendees last year. This year's line-up includes acts such as Jungle, St Vincent, Chet Faker, Banks and more.
'This Means War' - Avenged Sevenfold
We never forget our friends of the high-octane persuasion, because they are in for a treat with chart-topping hard-rock act Avenged Sevenfold making a raucous return to Singapore on Sunday at the Coliseum in Hard Rock Hotel on Sentosa Island.
Speaking of Sentosa, you may also want to head down to Tanjong Beach Club this Sunday to soak up the festivities at the waterfront hangout’s Australia Day celebrations. Expect a seaside barbecue, beer pong, and music from DJs Dave Does and Modium.
