Now that the June holidays have rolled round, we understand how difficult it might be to keep your little tykes occupied.

Arts & culture

The cirque-style theatrical spectacular Le Noir circus returns to MBS for its second run. Featuring former world class acrobats, musicians and comedians, this year’s show features the ‘Wheel of Death’, considered one of the most dangerous circus stunts.

Middle Earth comes to Singapore this weekend. Watch ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers’ with a live orchestra tonight and tomorrow at the Star Performing Arts Centre. Howard Shore's iconic soundtrack score will be performed live by the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra and the Vocal associates Festival Chorus and Children's choir.

Singaporean singer-actress-comedienne Judee Tan, known for playing various hilarious characters on Channel 5’s ‘The Noose’ and on stage, will be performing a cabaret, complete with singing and dancing, in Nu-Men: The Wild Woman Sings.

Get ready to rave tonight! One of the biggest names in dance music, Laidback Luke hits up Zouk tonight. The Filipino-Dutch DJ is a regular at massive EDM festivals like Tomorrowland and Ultra, but he’s still going to pack out the club no matter where in the world he goes.

Meanwhile,Fritz Kalkbrenner(younger brother of Paul Kalkbrenner) takes over Velvet Underground with his deep house and chillout tunes.

Tomorrow night, Singapore’s very own Kevin Lester AKA ‘The Lion City Boy’ lays down rhymes and hip hop beats at Solid Gold at Zouk with DJ Koflow.

Spend a day with the original Wolf of Wall Street, Jordan Belfort. While he might have been immortalized on screen by Leonardo Dicaprio, Belfort is now a motivational speaker who travels around the world to give business seminars.
