All you need to do is point your mobile browser to http://webmail.insing.com and you'll be able to access your emails from there.

Yes. Personalising your mobile inSing homepage ensures that the links and channels you frequently visit are easily accessible.

3) How can I personalise my mobile homepage?

Click on the personalisation tab located on the inSing homepage. From the personalisation screen, you have a choice of content modules, quick links you can add, along with my links and options. Select the mobile option and your mobile homepage personalisation settings will be updated.

4) I've forgotten my password! What should I do now?

Don't worry, you can reset forgotten passwords. Simply enter your mobile number or alternate email with your inSing User ID to retrieve a new password via SMS or email.

5) What can I access on inSing with my mobile?

As long as you have a mobile handset with data access, you can surf inSing on your mobile. You'll have access to all the channels on inSing, but in a mobile-friendly version. These have less images (so you won't have to download as much data). You can also personalise your mobile inSing page, to quickly get to the links you use the most.
