It’s that time of the week again and if you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for the weekend; don’t fret. We’ve got the best bets for your done-work-outta-here time. From riding the tide on a yacht (well almost, but one can dream right?) and stepping it up with other breakbeat soldiers to just grooving to music from mystical parts of the world, we’ve got it right here. If you harbour dreams of owning a boat, you have one and looking to upgrade or you just have a boat fetish then the Singapore Yacht Show(through Apr 10)is for you. Showcasing some of the world's most luxurious power and sailing super yachts, this event will have you dreaming of yacht parties and The Love Boat (OK, maybe not).

After a sell-out gig at Taipei Arena this past March, home-grown songbird Tanya Chua will treat fans here with a one-night concert. Tanya & the Cities 2011 Live Concertwill see Chua perform a string of soulful love hits with specially-choreographed dance moves.

Drum ‘n’ Bass mastermind, the legendary Goldiereturns to lend his nimble record-shuffling fingers to Home Club this Sat (Apr 9). Expect bass, loads of drums and plenty of dancing on this night.

For the bonafide house music lover, Louie Vegais truly a master at work. One half of award-winning DJ-producer outfit Masters at Work, Vega swings by Velvet Underground this Sat (Apr 9) to wow local soulsters with his hip-shaking house sounds.

Wavehouse Sentosa goes on a futuristic tip this Saturday as it hosts Singatronic. This Tron inspired party will see 15 DJs and 80 artists spread over two dance-floors. Come dressed in the best Tron, robot or any sci-fi outfit you can dream off for this shindig, or you’ll be beamed off the island.

If you haven’t gotten your hands on the Timbre Rock & Roots, then you better make a beeline to your nearest ticketing counter.
