1. JobsDB and Career Expo

The highly anticipated JobsDB.com Career Expo is back for its third year. The highly-popular three-day event aims to attract 150,000 job seekers, and will showcase numerous job opportunities by leading companies from both private and public sectors such as DBS Bank, POSB Bank, Resorts World Sentosa, The GMP Group, Moove Media, Standard Chartered Bank, AIA, Han's Café & Cake House, Aston (F&B) Specialities and many more.

On Friday to Sunday, at the Suntec City  International Convention Centre. Free with registration.

2. Treasury of the World Festival

Relive the glory days of the magnificent Mughal Empire with music, performances and food fit for an emperor.  Transform into mighty warriors as you try your hand at the Mughals' favourite past-time of archery or transform into a beautiful princess as you try on stunning Mughal outfits.

Apart from this, watch colourful dances unfold and try out delicious Mughal food. Kids can also look forward to fun activities created specially for them.

On Saturday and Sunday, at the Asian Civilisations Museum. Free.


3.  Anglo-Chinese Junior College’s Fun-O-Rama XX

Head on down to Anglo-Chinese Junior College’s compounds this weekend for a good old-fashioned funfair, complete with games and food stalls (more than 150 at last count). Great family fun for everyone. Participants can look forward to old favourites like the Cake Stall as well as the updated supermarket, now known as the 'shopping mall'.

The proceeds raised during the funfair will go to the upgrading of college facilities to support future developments in the instructional programme.

Saturday only, at Anglo-Chinese Junior College. Coupons are available onsite at ACJC.


4. Marriage Convention 2010

Whether you’ve just tied the knot, or are looking for ways to keep your marriage sizzling and alive, head down to listen to these engaging and dynamic speakers for fun, fresh insights and new strategies for lifelong love.

On Saturday and Sunday, at the Suntec City  International Convention Centre. Tickets priced at $12(standard) and $16(couple).


5. CitiSpa and Mizuno Power Run

Ladies, show you care by lacing up your running shoes and participating in this female-only event.  The proceeds of this run will be donated in aid of children's disabilities.
