A cover-up that spanned four U.S. presidents pushed the country's first female newspaper publisher, Kay Graham (Streep) of The Washington Post, and its hard-driving editor, Ben Bradlee (Hanks), to join an unprecedented battle between journalism and government in publishing the Pentagon Papers.
The musical is based on the true story of P.T. Barnum, back when he founded the three-ring circus, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, which eventually made him a famous showman. The movie also focuses on his obsession with the so-called Swedish Nightingale, singer Jenny Lind.
Ferdinand is a little bull that prefers to sit under a tree smelling flowers rather than butting heads with other bulls. He still remains mellow as he develops into a big and strong bull, but one day he gets mistakenly chosen for the bullfights in Madrid.
